A Clear, Purpose-Built Partnership

This agreement is non-exclusive and time-bound (24 months), with clearly defined roles:

  • Bhargavi Contracting serves as a sales and distribution partner bringing market access, project coordination and local expertise.
  • Bristola retains full ownership of all technology and IP. Bristola will work with Bhargavi to provide the labor.

Valves are installed first as long-term infrastructure, creating the foundation for future robotic cleaning operations. The valve infrastructure is the connecting point between silos and bins — enabling robotic access, safe deployment and scalable cleaning operations. Installing the valve first allows operators to future-proof assets while planning for advanced cleaning capabilities down the road. Our team will mobilize to India to perform cleanings once facilities are operationally ready.

This phased approach ensures system integrity while supporting long-term adoption.
