What you should know about Chad Neleman:
How did you first connect with Bristola, and what made you take a chance on a startup?
I first heard about Bristola through Jeff, our chief financial officer and Jared’s business partner. He pitched me this revolutionary idea early on. I didn’t fully grasp the scale of what Bristola could do, but I trusted his vision. Startups are exciting, and it’s rewarding to be part of something that continues to evolve year after year.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Bristola’s technology saves lives by removing humans from confined-space cleaning, a cause that means a lot to me. I’m proud to help clients find safer, more efficient ways to work while building relationships that last.
What’s one project that stands out to you?
Last year, we took on a major tank maintenance project in New York that started small and quickly grew. The client trusted us to handle everything from start to finish, and our team delivered. It opened doors for more opportunities and showed what our team is capable of.
How would you describe the culture at Bristola?
It’s like a big, quirky family. You never know what’s coming next, but you know everyone’s got your back.
What’s it like working with Jared?
He’s our mad scientist, constantly pushing limits, questioning the impossible and proving people wrong. You can’t help but respect that kind of drive.
What do you see for the future of Bristola?
The best is yet to come. We’ve built a strong core team and real partnerships with clients. As they grow, we grow. It’s all about the relationships, and I’m here for the long haul.
