What you should know about Chad Hennigar:
How did you first connect with Bristola, and what made you take a chance on a startup?
I came across a job posting that caught my interest, and before I even applied, I went down the rabbit hole learning about sediment tank cleaning. The more I learned, the more intrigued I became. A few weeks later, I was part of the team.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I lead the finance and accounting function while also acting as a liaison between operations and sales. My role helps connect the dots between teams so decisions make sense financially and operationally.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
I enjoy being the binding agent between management, operations and sales. When team members come to me with pricing questions or want to find the best financial solution, it shows the trust and value of collaboration across the company.
What’s one project or moment that stands out to you?
I feel most rewarded when a team member brings pricing to me so we can work through the best fiscal approach together. It reinforces the importance of taking care of Bristola’s finances while supporting smart growth.
What do you see for the future of Bristola?
I want to contribute as an assistant coach who helps guide Bristola into a long period of growth. The company has the potential to make a major impact as a technology leader in the tank cleaning industry, and I am excited to be part of that journey.
From financial oversight to cross-team collaboration, Chad plays a key role in keeping Bristola balanced and prepared for long-term success.
