With experience in automotive, logistics and industrial markets, Brandon brings a relationship-driven approach to business development that fits Bristola’s mission of improving safety and efficiency across industries.

What you should know about Brandon Croney:

How did you first connect with Bristola, and what made you take a chance on a startup?
A recruiter reached out, and what immediately stood out was the technology. It is revolutionary and has the potential to save lives. After hearing Jared talk about his vision for Bristola, it stopped feeling like a risk and started to feel like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Bristola is disrupting an industry that has not meaningfully changed in decades, and that challenge drew me in.

What does a typical day look like for you?

There really is no typical day, especially in a startup, and that is part of the excitement. My role includes business development, attending industry events and building relationships, but it also extends into project management and customer delivery. I stay closely connected to operational details to ensure clients receive exactly what they are promised.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Watching a vision come to life. Helping customers operate more efficiently, reduce costs and improve safety is incredibly motivating. Believing in the product makes the work even more rewarding.

What is one project or moment that stands out to you?

I am still early in my journey at Bristola, so the defining moments are ahead. What stands out already is the potential and the opportunity to be part of something meaningful. I’m excited for the projects that will test my skills, push me outside my comfort zone and ultimately result in real-world impact for our customers. Knowing those moments are coming is part of what motivates me every day.

How would you describe the culture at Bristola?

Bristola is the fastest-paced environment I have ever worked in. Everyone here is deeply invested in the company’s success, and there’s a shared sense that no one is just doing the minimum. The vision is clearly set from the top, and the whole team is aligned and committed to making it happen. There’s a strong sense of urgency, focus and belief in what the company is building, and that energy makes working here exciting and different from anywhere else I’ve been. It truly feels like everyone is strapped in for the ride, pushing forward together toward the same goal.

What is it like working with Jared?

Working with Jared is a unique experience because his leadership sets the tone for the entire organization. He brings a clear vision and energy that is contagious, and that excitement spreads across the whole team. Jared is very involved and keeps everyone aligned, so it feels like the entire company is aware of what’s happening and working toward the same goals. His leadership motivates collaboration, pushes everyone to raise their standard and inspires people to believe in what we’re building.

What do you see for the future of Bristola?

In three to five years, I honestly don’t know exactly what Bristola will look like, and that’s a good thing. The company is doing something no one else is doing, which creates opportunities far beyond a single market or industry. I see Bristola becoming widely recognized across industries as the company that set a new standard rather than following what others are doing. As Bristola continues to scale, I want to play a key role in expanding that reach, building relationships, opening doors and helping carry the vision forward as the company grows.
